ATP — We're Hiring DPTs
Ascent Total Performance

This Isn't a Job Posting.
It's a Line in the Sand.

We're hiring DPTs who believe physical therapy deserves better. Do you?

Columbia, SC Full-Time Hybrid Compensation

Let's skip the part where we tell you we're "a fast-growing clinic seeking a motivated physical therapist." You've read that ad a hundred times. It's the same clinic, same model, same grind. Different logo.

This is not that.

Ascent Total Performance was built on a single, stubborn belief: there is a better way to practice physical therapy. A better way to treat patients. A better way to build a career. A better way to matter.

If you became a DPT because you believed this profession could change lives — and you're starting to wonder if anyone else still believes that — keep reading.

What We Refuse

The Mill Model

We don't stack patients. One patient. One hour. One therapist. Every single time.

Mediocrity as Strategy

We don't cut corners to cut costs. We invest in excellence because excellence is the product.

The Ceiling

Your earning potential, your clinical growth, and your professional identity are not capped by someone else's lack of vision.

What We Are

A premium physical therapy, performance training, and wellness practice with two locations in Columbia, SC. Our patient population is roughly 80% active, younger individuals — people who demand more than a sheet of exercises and a follow-up in six weeks. They want answers, strategy, and results.

We deliver all three.

"There is a better way." — That's not a tagline. It's the operating system of everything we do.

ATP operates on the ASCENT framework: Accountability, Service & Dedication, Champion Change, Excellence, Nurture, and Tenacity. These aren't words on a wall. They're the filter for every hire, every decision, and every patient interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Treat patients one-on-one for full 60-minute sessions in a dynamic scheduling model designed to serve all populations.
  • Practice at the top of your license with access to advanced tools — dry needling, spinal manipulation, FMS/SFMA, BFR, force plate assessment, and more.
  • Grow into wellness, performance, and continuance programming as part of ATP's expanding service model beyond traditional rehab.
  • Operate with clinical autonomy inside a culture of accountability — you own your outcomes and your development.
  • Contribute to building what physical therapy should look like, not maintaining what it's been.
