Born in Texas and raised in a military household, Lindsay moved to Columbia in 2002 and now proudly calls the Midlands home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston before returning to the area.

As a Care Coordinator at Ascent Total Performance, Lindsay is often the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in shaping their overall experience. With a strong background in sales and client service, she is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building genuine relationships. Lindsay thrives on creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their care from day one.

Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter, reading, playing the cello, coffee dates with family, and learning fun marine science facts.
