What does the concierge fee cover?

Only non-covered services such as scheduling convenience, messaging access, coaching, and wellness tools.

Do both tiers get the same texting access?

Yes. Both tiers include the same dedicated text line with a 24-hour response time during business hours.

What’s included in the monthly check-in for Retainer members?

You’ll receive a message or outreach from Dr. Floyd each month to check in on your status, goals, or any issues. If needed, this can evolve into a separate virtual session focused on wellness strategy — not clinical care. Any medically necessary issues will be referred for formal evaluation and billed appropriately.

Can i still get pt care if i don’t join this program?

Yes. All patients receive medically necessary treatment regardless of whether they join the VIP program

What does the 10% discount apply to?

It applies to cash-based services not covered by insurance — such as performance training, wellness classes, recovery sessions, assessments, and supplements. Ask if you’re unsure about a specific service.

Can I use insurance for any part of this?

The concierge membership is a separate, non-billable service that provides access — not treatment. Your physical therapy visits may still be insurance-eligible depending on your plan.

Can I pause my membership if I’m not using it for a while?

Yes. You may pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Rejoining later is subject to space availability.
